Services
LifeCare Planning does whatever it takes to see that your objectives are met. Specifically, once we identify parents who have a child with a developmental disability or similar needs, we go through the following procedures:
- Establish the need for our services.
- Identify appropriate financial, accounting and legal representatives for help.
- Facilitate the selection of a successor Guardian if needed.
- Assist in setting up a Special Needs Trust.
- Help to arrange for needed contract services.
- Advise of considerations and actions that need to be addressed.
- Track each case to assure that proper care continues.
- Serve as an advocate in all matters pertaining to the child
In addition, we regularly work for needed legislative reforms on behalf of the parents and the children, facilitate services from other agencies throughout the metropolitan area, work to recruit needed resource people, counsel parents on their special concerns, work to pool resources in trusts for enhanced earning power and generally champion the rights of persons with a developmental disability or similar needs.

Fees
Below are fees for major, initial services provided by LifeCare Planning. Ensuing charges will vary per case.

| + Enrollment for Participation in Component | $100.00 |
| Hourly Fee for Advocacy Services for Family Member with Developmental Disability | $45.00 |
| + Enrollment purchase includes: four hours of consultation, completion of all initial paper work, and placement of all necessary phone calls. | |
Notes:
| Establishment of Will or Trust: Fees will vary and will be determined by the attorney hired by the family |
| Administrative Fees for Servicing a Trust: Will vary and be determined by the financial institution hired by the family. |
| Additional Home Visits: Nominal additional charge. |
| Ability to Act as Trustee: In some cases, LifeCare Planning, Inc. may be able to act as trustee. |
| Services Not Listed Above: Charges for services not previously mentioned will be determined as necessary. |
